Please note: in-store pickup is not available. Choosing "in-store pickup" means you give permission to keep this order in our warehouse, and you choose to send this order with your furture orders to save on shipping fee.

1. Full payment is required for order completion.
2. Two payment options are available:
a) Card payment
b) Bank transfer
A reference number will be given for members to use as the transaction reference.
3. Orders cannot be cancelled once it is shipped.
4. In the event where refund is requested due to change of mind, the following should be noted:
a) Product(s) must be returned in resaleable condition as determined by Bing Han
b) Requests must be submitted within 15 business days of purchase
c) Shipping cost will not be refunded
d) Cost of returning will be at customers/members’ expense
e) Refund amount is the full purchase price less any rebate, commission and/or bonus paid
f) Refund payments will be issued within 21 days once refund request is granted and refunded product(s) is received
g) If a refund request is denied (eg. returned product is not in resaleable condition). A fee to send the product back to the customer/member is required to be paid within 30 days. If this fee is not paid within 30 calendar days, the returned product(s) will be deemed as forfeited.
