Technically no. However, if you do not wish to sign up to our Direct Selling Program, you can sign up as a VIP Customer, which allows you to purchase our products (in any of our established shops). On top of that, you can access our VIP Discount Program.  The more you buy, the more you save!

In Australia, we do not charge any fee when you sign up with us through our Direct Selling Program or VIP Program.

However, our Direct Selling Program is a year to year contract, which requires contract renewal if you wish to continue to conduct direct selling activities as one of our proud distributors after one year. A renewal fee may apply (depending on your distributor level).

The price you see on the shopping page is the amount before discount and GST. Once you proceed to the checkout page, discount and GST will be applied. The final total displayed is the final amount you have to pay for this order.

Keep in mind if your current market is set to Australia, then the amount is in AUD, and you can only send this current order to your current market. For instance, you cannot pay in AUD and request to send it to Canada.

In Australia, we transformed ourselves into a 100% online business back in 2021, meaning that we do not have a brick and mortar storefront since then. While it may be unconventional, it also works extremely well with the most of our distributors and customers.

Yes. There is a shipping fee and there is no way to avoid it. However, it is a flat rate. we charge the same fee for 1 item or 100 items. You can also choose to keep it at our warehouse and send it with your future orders. (fee may apply to large quantity)

As this website is used as an online platform to seven markets (and counting!), what you saw maybe a package from a different market. But we can assure you that the contents are the same!

In Australia, we believe "Sustainability is everyone's responsibility." and we could positively impact the environment through our product. Hence, we have removed the unnecessary components in our original package to drastically cut down the waste going to the landfill.

In most cases, tax invoices are issued by a supplier. However, in special cases, Bing Han International Australia, as the recipient of the goods or services, may issue a tax invoice for services provided by our distributors. This is known as a recipient-created tax invoice (RCTI). It is for suppliers who are registered for GST when the invoice is issued. If you are not registered for GST and you will be issued a recipient-created payment invoice (RCPI). This document will be sent to our distributors on payday when bonus is generated during the previous month.
