Delivery Terms

1. Delivery Methods
We deliver orders using courier service and AusPost. In-strore pickup is currently unavailable.

2. Delivery Areas
We deliver within Australia ONLY. In the event where a delivery address is unrecognisable by AusPost and the couriers, we may request a different delivery address.
For remote or regional areas, delivery times may be longer.

3. Delivery Timeframes
• Estimated delivery times to metro areas is 5 – 10 business days. For remote or regional areas, please allow an extra 5 business days.
• We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the above timeframe, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, strikes).

4. Dispatch and Tracking
• Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within one business day of receiving full payment.
• Once your order is dispatched, your order status will appear as “completed” from your Order History.
• Although email address is not mandated, couriers will send shipment updates by email. You are advised to provide a valid email address at checkout.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by you.

5. Risk and Title
• Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery (when the parcel is left at your address, collected, or signed for).
• Title (ownership) to the goods passes to you only after full payment has been received by us.

6. Delivery Issues & Missing Parcels
• If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at admin@binghan.au.
• We will liaise with the delivery provider to locate or replace your item.
• If goods are confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Failed Deliveries / Re-delivery
• If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may leave a card for redelivery or collection.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we may charge a redelivery fee.
• If you choose not to have the goods redelivered, we will provide a refund less any reasonable shipping and handling costs.

8. Delivery Delays Outside Our Control
• We are not liable for delivery delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier network disruptions, natural disasters).
• However, under the ACL, if the delay is excessive or unreasonable, you may be entitled to a remedy (such as a refund or cancellation).

9. Change of Delivery Address
• Requests to change the delivery address must be made before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes can be made, but we will assist where possible.

10. Proof of Delivery
• Our courier’s delivery confirmation will be considered proof of delivery.
• If you believe your goods were not delivered, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery confirmation.

11. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
• These Delivery Terms do not exclude or limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
• If goods are not delivered within a reasonable time, are lost, or damaged before you receive them, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
